By accessing and using Omakase Software services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Omakase Software provides custom software development services, including but not limited to web applications, mobile applications, and software solutions tailored to client needs.

3. Project Terms

All custom software projects are subject to:

• Written project agreements outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables
• Payment terms as specified in individual project contracts
• Intellectual property rights as defined in project agreements
• Revision and modification processes as outlined in contracts

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by project tier and will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins and milestone payments throughout development.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the custom software developed specifically for their project. Omakase Software retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Software is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties. Omakase Software will provide reasonable support and bug fixes as outlined in project agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Omakase Software's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate projects as outlined in individual agreements. Termination terms, including payment for completed work, will be specified in project contracts.
